This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 4 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

• Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

• International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and may take between 10–20 business days.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees applicable to their orders.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s progress.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: Fliukka Street Wear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to most countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Packages: Fliukka Street Wear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We will do our best to assist you in the process.

To start a return, you can contact us at fliukkastore@gmail.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
